Services

• Photo location prediction: Free for up to 1 prediction per day per user. Additional usage requires purchasing credits. Purchasing any credit package grants premium status for life, which includes access to your prediction history on your account page.
• Credits usage and benefits: While you have credits available, they will be automatically applied when you upload a photo. When a prediction credit is used, the following benefits apply:
  • Higher quality image is processed by the AI.
  • Guaranteed and priority access to the best AI model.
  • Access to alternative locations.
• Ad-free experience: While you have credits in your account, you will not see ads on the platform.
• The AI strives to provide accurate predictions but may be incorrect at times. Use your own judgment.

Account and Usage

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the services.
• Do not upload content that infringes others’ rights or is unlawful.
• Do not attempt to interfere with or misuse the services.

Payments and Refunds

Payments for prediction credits are processed by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize Stripe to process the transaction pursuant to its terms and privacy policy.

Credits enable additional predictions and grant premium status for life. Unless required by law, purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used. Premium status provides access to your prediction history. Enhanced processing (higher quality image and larger model) and an ad-free experience apply only while credits remain in your account.

Intellectual Property

You retain rights in your uploaded photos. By submitting a photo for prediction, you grant us a non-exclusive license to process, display, and store the image as necessary to provide the service and improve it.

Disclaimers

• The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• AI predictions may be inaccurate or incomplete.
• We are not liable for decisions made based on predictions.

Acceptable Use Policy

Our photo location prediction service is designed to help users identify the geographic location of photos for legitimate purposes. To ensure responsible use and protect privacy, the following guidelines apply:

Permitted Uses

• Identifying locations in your own photos for personal memories and travel documentation
• Researching historical locations or landmarks in photos you have legitimate access to
• Educational purposes, such as geography or photography studies
• Journalism and news reporting with proper authorization
• Legal investigations conducted by authorized personnel
• Academic research with appropriate ethical oversight

Prohibited Uses - Privacy Violations

You may NOT use this service to violate anyone's privacy or engage in harmful activities:

• Stalking or harassment: Do not use the service to track, locate, or identify individuals without their explicit consent
• Unauthorized surveillance: Do not analyze photos of people taken without their knowledge or consent
• Doxxing: Do not use location data to reveal private information about individuals
• Intimate partner violence: Do not use the service to track or monitor current or former partners
• Child exploitation: Do not analyze photos of minors without proper authorization and consent
• Workplace harassment: Do not use the service to track colleagues or employees
• Criminal activity: Do not use location data to facilitate illegal activities
• Commercial surveillance: Do not use the service to build profiles of individuals for commercial purposes without consent
• Illegal activities: Do not use the service to facilitate illegal activities

Additional Restrictions

• Do not upload photos that contain explicit or inappropriate content
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or extract personal information from the AI models
• Do not use automated tools to abuse our service limits
• Do not share or redistribute location predictions without proper authorization
• Respect intellectual property rights in uploaded photos

By using our service, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy. When in doubt about whether a particular use is appropriate, please contact us for guidance.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
